TheresultsshowedthatratooningrateofaxillarybudsofPeiliangyouE32 (high-node-ratooningtype) showedatrendof2> 3> 4nodefromthetopandPeiliangyou210 (1ow-node-ratooningtype) showedacontrarytrendinvivo, whileratooningratesofallaxillarybudsofthesetwocombinationswereincreased. andthatof4nodefromthetopwashighestinvitro. Plantheightandpaniclelengthwereincreasedwiththedeclineofnodeinvitro. Thegrainnumberperpanicleofratooningriceofthetwocombinationswasincreasedwiththedeclineofnodeinvivoandinvitro. whiletheextentwasgreaterinvitro.
